The all-new Lexus ES 2019 has yet to arrive but its design has been revealed and it receives a significant change to gain a sportier look thanks to such fresh design elements as a low hood and a fast roofline. Additionally, the F Sport model is also debuted, joining the longer, wider and lower sedan lineup.

With the use of K-front-wheel-drive platform by the brand’s Global Architecture, the model gets greater overall dimensions and a longer wheelbase. The wheels are set to be closers to the corners while both rear and front tracks get wider. Though the ES has been known for a long time for easygoing and comfortable rides, this new ES is focused on increased power and responsive handling. The new platform seems to be more rigid. Plus, it uses rack-mounted E power steering and the new multi-link for the rear suspension.

It keeps the 3.5-liter V6 engine with an improved fuel-injection system to reach 302 HP and 307 Nm of torque. It was also said that the eight-speed would come in this model. Speaking of the Lexus ES F Sport, it gets some different designs from other ESs by adding Sport+ mode in drive mode options and the Adaptive Variable Suspension. With the addition of the Sport+ mode, it requires boosted engine noise, suspension and transmission settings, and a more powerful engine.
This new ES is focused on increased power and responsive handling
The ES 300h hybrid comes equipped with a new 2.5L Atkinson-cycle engine which enhances power without lowering the fuel economy and augmenting the emissions. The system will have a total power of 215 HP.

It may seem that the Lexus ES 2019 drops some existing designs offering quiet and comfortable experience from the current ES; however, it makes up for it with elements surely satisfying customers.
